Jamie Drummond and Friends on Wine – Episode 16 Biodynamic Seminar at Return To Terroir

I, for one, am simply fascinated by the philosophy of Biodynamics and how it applies to grape growing/winemaking. This podcast is a recording of an exciting seminar on Biodynamic winemaking at Toronto’s Return To Terroir symposium early in 2008. On the panel we have esteemed Winemakers Nicolas Joly (Coulée de la Serrant, France), Julian Castagna (Castagna, Beechworth, Australia), Christina Saahs (Nikolaihof, Wachau, Austria) and Didier Barral (Domaine Leon Barral, Faugeres, France).

My thanks have to go out to The Living Vine‘s Mark Cuff for putting this stellar symposium together. Jolly good show!
