DJ/Producer Extraordinaire (and closet Gourmand) Max Pask was in town recently to play one of his rare Toronto gigs. Good Food Revolution caught up with him for at late lunch at Marben to discuss all things gastronomic.
Having known Max for some time now I am continually surprised by his passion for (and knowledge of) food and wine. Upon my many trips to New York City over the years, Max has always come up trumps with suggestions for restaurants that fly way under the radar of most normal folks.
