This Monday past I had the extreme pleasure of attending an exclusive preview of Michael and Nobuyu Stadtländer’s 2016 Pine Spiel alongside 22 members of the Oyster Boy team. It was an afternoon of myriad culinary delights enjoyed within the beautiful, tranquil setting of the forest surrounding Eigensinn Farm.
Aided and abetted by so many whimsical and fantastical art installations, this unique gastronomic journey was truly breathtaking, and in my mind knows no equal. Michael and Nobuyu curate and execute something very special indeed up there in the woods.
