In association with Wüsthof Canada we present the fourth of an educational video series featuring a selection of Toronto Chefs showing us their knife skills using specific knives from the Wüsthof range in the home kitchen environment.

In episode four we have Chef Chris McDonald showing us how to properly open and slice a Serrano jamón using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Carving Knife.

As is his inherent nature, Chris went into quite a lot of detail about the procedure, and so we decided to allow this video to run a little longer than usual.

Saying that, I can assure you that it’s all killer, and no filler.

We’d also like to thank Lola and Miguel for providing us with all that excellent ham, as well as Anya Spethman of Caymus Vineyards for hand-delivering such a delectable Manzanilla to help lubricate the shoot.

Knife skills videos are something that we have been looking to produce for quite some time at Good Food Revolution, and so we are delighted to partner with Wüsthof for this ongoing series.

Watch this space for our next instalment.
